Please purchase 1.625 inch Cloning Collars (41mm diameter) from HortiPots when you want to replace used Cloning Collars. Other sizes of Clone Collars like 1.5 inch or 1.75 inch are NOT totally right for our Aeroponic Cloning System.

WARRANTY: The chosen water pumps for our cloning machines are UL-safety-approved and produced by a professional pump supplier, who also produce for U.S. major brand-names of Aquarium pumps. However, water pumps alike products in the field might have around 0.1 defective rate for different reasons. If it happened to you that water pump dies for any reason within 1 year of receipt date, please write us giving your address, phone number, and name from Amazon emailing system, so that we can send you a new pump to replace it immediately without your returning it back.

Yes, the current production lot of top lids might be a bit thinner, but ABS engineering plastics for top lids are VERY VERY STRONG. Strong enough to hold all heavy plant cuttings on top of it. We ourselves tested it 26 lbs+ weight on it for 7+ days so far by today on April 11th, 2019. Nothing happens. There is no ''falls-out'' or no ''water spraying'' outside grow chamber, as long as users put the top lid on right (it is easy, believe me!)
