How to choose the correct mass air flow sensor?

Before buying the maf sensor, it is very important that you check the oem part number of your vehicle?s maf sensor.
For that, you need to open the hood and locate the sensor; usually is near the air filter or bolted to the air filter housing.
Some sensors have a label with the part number.

The maf part number is embossed on same maf housing, not in the sensor. you do not need to remove the sensor from the housing.
please note that some vehicles may use up to 3 different part numbers, that means that the compatibility table is not 100% acurate.
