Operation Note:
Need loosen your mixer attachment screw knob fully by turning it counterclockwise, even remove it out of mixer, before attach this grinder attachment into the mixer.

Maintenance and Cleaning : 
NOT dishwasher safe !! Hand wash only,
put in warm, soapy water for a few minutes, then clean it by soft cleaning brush or cloth. 
Recommend to rinse and dry them thoroughly after wash, in order to keep them not discolor and stay in peak condition.
