Slice 1/4” to 1/2” thick. Preheat pan to medium heat (375°F), browning each side for approximately 10 minutes.
We don't recommend freezing scrapple as it tends to cause flavor degradation and may crumble when slicing. If you must freeze the scrapple, slice the fresh(not previously frozen) scrapple, place the slices individually in wax paper and then freeze.
