Variations

Hammy3DPrints Baffle Alignment Tool for Rugged/SiCo/etc. (Orange, Obsidian 45)
- Aligns Baffles: Slides through all of the baffles in the baffle stack to easily align them.
- Eases Assembly: For Rugged cans, simply follow the standard reassembly procedure, using the tool to keep the baffles aligned during reassembly. When tightening the front end cap ensure that the cap doesn't touch the tool as this would make the baffles want to rotate. Once the front cap is tightened, remove the tool and install the piston / 3 lug mount / etc. into the rear to complete assembly. For other cans, use the tool to assemble the baffles then slide them into the sleeve.
- Multiple Color Options: While Orange is by far the most popular color, many other colors are also available
- Multiple Versions: Alignment tools for the Oculus, Obsidian 9, Obsidian 45, Octane, 9, Octane 45, and Spectre II, Switchback, Warlock and others are available. I can also make new versions upon request if you can provide dimensions with calipers.
