Handmade Multi Strand Cowl Scarf made from Recycled Shredded Fabric, Spool knitted yarns – LRW DESIGNS
- Each scarf is handmade by textile designer Lynn Reiter Weinberg in her GA. Studio using recycled fabrics, spool kitted yarns and other assorted yarns she has collected from her years as a fashion designer. The assortment of fabrics and yarns are carefully laid out, knotted in several parts and then sewn together in a loop cowl so all you have to do is slip it over your head.
- An alternative way to wear it is to hold the scarf from the cowl circle part opposite where it is wrapped in the back. The long tail sides will then fall to the bottom, Holding the cowl part place it around your neck and bring it to the front and pull the 2 tails through the loop. To get the knot look as in the first photo then put the tails through the loop in opposite directions.
- Color and texture layered side by side make each one of these scarves a one of a kind treasure. Whether you are dressing up a casual ensemble or adding the finishing touch to something special you will add a dash of artistry to your look. It is light enough to wear any season and great for travel.
- Due to the diversity of the recycled shredded fabrics and yarns items will vary slightly in coloration and fabrics may fray. This makes each scarf unique and special. Made from recycled cotton and poly fabrics, acrylic and other assorted yarns
- Cowl length from back of neck to front bottom- 14”, side strands- 26” in length Hand wash cold and hang to dry, spot clean or dry clean. Scotch guard for extra durability
