Handmade hand forged Viking Seax Knife -1084 steel & Purpleheart - SWS Cutlery

Anglo-Saxon style hand-forged Seax knife! This heirloom quality knife is made from 1084 steel and the handle is made from Purpleheart wood, stabilized dyed Maple and brass. This knife is 12 inches long with a 7 1/4" blade and 4 3/4" handle. The custom, handmade leather sheath can be added is also made by the blacksmith (and example is shown and is not the exact sheath, but will be similar.) Making the sheath requires 2 days more time. Made in the USA in our family shop.
