Happiness is the ultimate goal that we all strive to attain. Unfortunately for us, however, happiness is an intangible concept that you can’t simply buy at the supermarket. Sometimes it seems impossible to attain, no matter how hard you’re looking for it.

I was always under the impression that happiness was mainly a derivative in the sense that it largely depended on other factors, such as being loved, healthy, having enough money etc. This book taught me a different outlook on happiness: it is a habit, a state of mind, a lifestyle.

Rather than treating happiness as the derivative of external realities, this book encourages you to accept that happiness is something you can actively work on. And that’s exactly what this 21-day challenge is about. Each day you get a new assignment, exercise or things to think about. This way, you gradually work towards the goal of increasing your level of happiness in life.

What an excellent writing with daily things you can do to increase your happiness and love yourself. The Author writes in an easy to understand style. First things first of course, you need to understand what the meaning is of Happiness and how to allow yourself to be happy. The Author writes about the corrosive effects of complaining and yet the power of gratitude and the first love of your life should be yourself. Other important factors are to practice forgiveness and not to take anything personally all the time. Invite some stillness in your live while giving to others what you expect to receive. Remember to live in the present while accepting yourself for who you are. Only change the things you have control over and let go that which you don't. I loved this book. I highly recommend this book everyone as we all as human beings need all of what the Author has written about. Excellent writing!
I have been very emotional, pessimist and sensitive all my life and wanted to change that. Because it's better late than never. So, I wanted to be happy for the rest of my life even facing problems everyday. When I have finished reading this book I feel very light, inspired and motivated. With the help of this book, I can conquer everything that will make my life easier and happy despite of the negativity around me. I really recommend this book to everyone who wanted to have a happier life.
