Description
- Headspace gauges feature Forster gauges with color coded gauge available only from AR Specialties. Our gauges are finished with a high polish to resist rust and color coded for easy identification. NOGO gauges are red color coded , GO gauges are green color coded.
- Must have tool to check the chamber headspace. Precision Machined from hardened tool steel to last a lifetime of use
- Headspace tolerance is ground to a very exacting ± 0.00015 in.
- Made in USA , ISO9001 Quality Standard.
- For use with all .223 Remington and 223 Wylde chambers.
The GO gauge is used to measure the minimum allowable, safe chamber headspace. If the bolt does not close on a Go gauge, it is considered unsafe. The NO-GO gauge is used to measure the Maximum recommended chamber headspace. If the bolt closes on a NOGO gauge, it is out of the new or recomended good condition range.
