The Healthstar Ring cutter is designed for jewelers and medical emergency personal alike. Features a one piece safety lever w/thumb-plate, smooth blade guard that allows you to control the amount of pressure on the blade. Safety lever slides under the ring to protect the finger from the razor-sharp serrated saw when removing a ring from a persons finger. You hold onto the handle & twist the large thumbscrew with the other hand to cut through the ring. The lightweight hollow handle, box joint, completely enclosed saw/cutter with the comfortable grip design offer total control. Made from brass & chrome plated surface. Only 6-1/4" long.
