EXCELENT FLAVOR AND TEXTURE: Thin layer and crunchy texture on final product. Bright color, even texture and fast application. Chocolate flavor with creamy and milky notes. It blends deliciously with the natural fruit flavor.
EASY TO USE: Melt at 113°F (60°C) or just MICROWAVE IT at a maximum temperature of 140°F. You can microwave it as many times as needed. The drying time is no more than 20 seconds.

A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY: 2.2 lbs (1 kg) of Hielatto Imperial Coating can cover up to 40 ice pops of 115g each or up to 7.7 lb (3.5 kg) of frozen strawberries.
DIRECTIONS AND TIPS: Do not heat directly on the stove, do it in a water bath (bain-marie) or in the microwave. Do not rise the temperature more than 140°F (60°C) to avoid burning the product. Avoid its contact with water. Do not use the pan lid when heating up the product.
