This contained a personal narrative about moment the author faced her mortality and committed to improving her health, an overview of the DASH diet with a few tips, and a few (maybe 5?) recipes.

The recipes looked fairly good.
Do not waste three bucks on this! Without a doubt the worst purchase of my life and that says something!
This book Dash Diet is the one. When she say it's very easy, oh man it is. I’ve been waiting for a book where all I'm doing is making less food to get this weight off. I just love how you don't have to do so much to get to where you want to be. Myself and the gym aren’t it, but if less food can do it why not. You have to get this book. If you’re not a gym person like myself, this is the book for you. You will be surprise about a lot of thing this lady did in 10 months. I would, know I will be pass this book around to everyone I know. Great Book
