All shower head sprays lose strength as the water moves through the air, and this could be an issue for some people when the shower heads are at this height. To help compensate for this loss of energy we are introducing a new 1.8 gpm option. Although still considered to be a water conservation shower head (uses 25% less water than a standard 2.5 gpm shower head) the higher flow rate does produce larger droplets than the 1.5 gpm version and a stronger feeling spray ideal for the newer shower designs. High Sierra agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit, at our option, provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory, for a period of two (2) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser. This product warranty is for materials and workmanship only. High Sierra is not responsible for labor to install, or replace product, or other incidental or consequential costs, and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, nor shall it apply to our products upon which repairs or alterations have been made by other than an authorized High Sierra representative. In no event shall the liability of High Sierra exceed the purchase price of the product.
