High Speed Gear's Bleeder/Blowout pouch is designed to hold the emergency medical gear you need in the field, including tourniquets, chest seal, gauze and whatever else you need to treat a gunshot, knife, shrapnel or similar wound.

This MOLLE compatible pouch is designed to provide quick access to your emergency medical gear. Your medical shears which are held securely by strap and snap in a separate open compartment. The main pouch utilizes a 2" wide QUICK-PULL interior strap to aid in one handed removal of pouch contents.

MOLLE/PALS webbing on sides for additional modular pouches or the attachment of a tourniquet. The versatile design of the flap allows user to engage either a side release buckle or a hook and loop closure or both. A silencing strip is sewn in for the hook and loop to provide silent operation of the flap.
