This camera got a good review on networkcameracritic.com - entry level camera with nice features. It arrived two weeks early and was very easy to install. The day time picture is great, the night time picture isn't as good as I expected but is good enough. Hikvision support isn't great - the troubleshooting and FAQs on its website are very general and don't offer much guidance. You'll have to do several web searches and watch youtube videos to learn how to configure the settings on your router to use the camera on your home network as well as viewing from remote Internet access. My antivirus software was actually blocking the camera's IP address - I found a solution on some obscure web forum. That's the kind of thing Hikvision should have on its website. Also, I still don't know how to focus this camera - luckily the factory settings were good for me but there is no help in the manual.
