IDEAL USAGE: The Hillsound Trail Crampon Pro has 10 carbon steel 20mm and 26mm spikes. Ideal for deeper terrain, backpacking, glacier walking, ice sheets, deep snow, and wet/snowy/icy trails. Combining some of the benefits of a traditional crampon with the comfort and ease of use of a non-technical crampon, recommended use is not for technical ascents or ice climbing.
ANTI-SNOWBALLING: The orange anti-snowballing pads help shed snow and prevent snow build-up on the underside of your shoes upholding optimal grip and traction.
ADJUSTABLE & SECURE: Adjustable ratchet buckle and length of footbed offer a fully customizable, comfortable fit. Every Trail Crampon Pro comes with an alpine stopper which prevents the buckle from lifting in deep, hard-packed snow.
LIGHTWEIGHT: Lighter than many more technical models; they are a great traction option for low-angle, non-technical terrain and weigh only 23.5 oz.

Made from heat-treated carbon steel, the 10-point Trail Crampon Pro weighs only 670g per pair, making them a lighter option than traditional climbing crampons. The Trail Crampon Pro combine strength with lightweight utility and are designed for backcountry hiking and icy approaches. While these crampons share some features of climbing or mountaineering crampons, they are not designed for technical ascents or ice climbing.
