The Hiltex 1" Electric Hammer Drill is a hammering drill with hammer stop switch and drill stop switch for three operating modes to break masonry (hammer/drill), chisel (hammer) and penetrate wood/metal (drill). Capable of penetrating 1-inch (26 MM) of concrete and drilling through steel. The included depth stop prevents overpenetration, damage to tool. Roto-hammer has spring-loaded quick swap chuck that locks instantly using SDS Plus shanks with cross-section shape for security. Hammer drill has rotary handle with fully rotatable auxiliary handle can be secured at any angle for a better grip, increased precision. The 6 foot cord plugs into domestic outlets for more consistent power output than cordless power tools without being limited by battery life.
