I absolutely love this salt bowl.
The temperature of the salt spheres can be regulated with the dimmer switch and the approximately 2 1/2 inch spheres are a perfect size to fit comfortably in the hand. I use them to massage my neck and have noticed an almost instant decrease in the pain that radiates from my neck into my shoulders.
