The Hisco HIMCT-W is a McLeod-style tool for use in forest fire suppression, as well as tasks such as trail restoration and erosion control. This tool has a two-sided head, one side with a tined rake for raking brush or soil and the other side with a hoe blade for grubbing, digging, and cutting. The head is constructed of hardened steel for durability, and is 9 x 10-1/4 inches (H x W) with six 3-1/2" tines. (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The 48" long handle has no grip and is constructed of ash wood for shock resistance and strength. This tool weighs 5 lb.
