This heater improves the flavor and consistency of your homebrewed kombucha, beer wort, or wine in any 1 to 5 gallon fermenter. Simply secure the mat around your carboy or bucket using the included rubber bands or electrical tape (not included), and plug into a wall outlet using the 6.25-foot (1.9m) 2-prong power cord. This package includes a fermentation heating wrap with a power cord and an instruction manual. Carboy, temperature controller, probe, and thermowell not included.
