She highlights how honey is known for promoting health, while including in the diet foods such as, avocado, or blueberries. She also discusses our daily nutritional requirements, and that honey is loaded with antioxidants, and vitamins. In addition, she points out that honey is also used as a great energy booster, known to aid digestion, heal wounds and helps to reverse aging. The author includes the history of honey, and how it made its way around the globe.
