Keep warm things warm and cold things cool with the Cool Heat mini gel packs by Camerons. Perfect for lunchboxes, casseroles totes, or as a hot or cold compresses for injuries or medicinal purposes.
HOT
Microwave: Place pack in microwave for 40 seconds at a time at %50 power until desired temperature is achieved (no to exceed 150 degress). Caution: Discontinue heating if pack expands like a ballon it is overheated.
Warm Water: Heat water to desired temperature (no to exceed 150 degrees), remove from heat and place pack in warm water for 8-12 minutes. Use tongs to remove.
COLD
Lay flat in freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Medical Usage: If using as a medicinal hot or cold compress wrap in towel before applying for no more than 30 minutes at a time.
Clean with soft cloth and soapy water, rinse. DO NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER. Discard if punctured.
