Hotstyle Takeover

Steele was prominently featured on Boot Camp Clik's album, "The Last Stand" which has shipped over 30,000 records, and is part of the legendary Rap Duo, Smif N Wessun, who has a soundscan history of over 600,000 units. His partner, Tek, of Smif N Wessun, recently released his mixtape "I Got This," which sold very well. Steele will be heavily featured in Boot Camp Clik's upcoming "Casualties of War" LP set, and along with Boot Camp Clik will be performing on the Rock the Bells Tour (July 29th) and at Scribble Jam (August 10th) where he'll be in front of major crowds to advertise his new release. Smif N Wessun are also performing a free NY City Parks show at Red Hook, in Brooklyn, NY, with Dead Prez on July 24th. Steele has collaborated with some of Hip Hop's greats: Dead Prez, Talib Kweli, Raekwon, M.O.P., Mary J Blige, Tupac, and Mobb Deep. Smif N Wessun is scheduled to release their 3rd Full-Length album in the Fall of 2007. A Heavy publicity campaign is slated for late summer, which will coincide with Steele's, "Hotstyle Takeover" release.
