- CORROSION RESISTANCE - Our 1/4 inch galvanized aircraft wire cable rope is coated in steel carbon to prevent corrosion. Originally designed for aeronautical applications, our zinc coated galvanized cable has a higher breaking strength than stainless steel cables. Breaking strength is 1,400 LBS.
- WIDE RANGE OF USES - Use on winches, guy lines, zip lines, and other high tensile commercial, industrial, and marine applications. With a breaking strength of 1,400 pounds, our coated wire cable is multipurpose. While our cable is industrial strength, it is not intended for aircraft use.
- 7x7 CONSTRUCTION - Our 7x7 wire is made with 7 strands with 7 wires per strand construction to provide the ultimate strength. With 250 feet of plastic coated wire, you’ll have more than enough wire for any project, regardless of its size.
- COTTON FIBERS - Please note that cotton strands are intertwined with the wire strands to help the life duration of the wires. The cotton helps add flexibility to the entire cable and keeps it from bending or twisting during use.
- LONG LASTING HANGING LIFE - This steel rope holds your heaviest items without breaking, sinking, or coming loose. Our super-soft wire is coated in a protective vinyl jacket for better performance.
