An ok book, but my biggest issue with it is that all the information is BASIC KNOWLEDGE! Google how to lose weight and this will pop up. very basic, very simple. Show me revolutionary protocols and training, and not the run of the mill "Eat less" " Workout more" because most of us that are trying to lose weight already have tried that.
This very short booklet contains a few good tips but, over all, I found it lacking. I would recommend instead, the author's book 45 FAT BURNING SECRETS, a much more informative booklet.
it did not really specify how to lose such pounds. Its like you just have to make your own program based on the information provided by the book
