- Usage - Body weight and general strength training. Exercises include squats, lunges, deadlifts, and bench presses. Train for your specific sport - Bodybuilding, , Strongman, and Martial Arts.
- Materials - High quality 11 gauge powder coated steel with rubber feet and plastic covering on the top of upright poles.
- What’s Inside - (1) Wall Mount Power Rack, (2) J Hooks, (2) Stringer Mounts, (4) Crossbars, (4) Pins, and (1) Pull Up Bar. Includes hardware and instructions. Stringers are required to be mounted onto wall studs. Use a stud finder prior to install.
