- ✅The seal kit is used to rebuilt Speeco design or compatible other brand cylinders, such as Husky, Split Master, Oregon, Dirty Hands tool and after marker cylinders oversea made with same Speeco design (but may not fit 20 years or older design).
- ✅This Cylinder Rebuild Seal Kit is compatible with Bore 5.0” (Inner Diameter) x Rod 2.0” (Outer Diameter) Cylinder. Please note some cylinder rod head OD size is not the rod size.
- ✅Made of high-quality rubber, plastic and steel. These seals are malleable, long-lasting, and crack-resistant. Better quality allows the items to be used for a longer time.this kit is designed to meet or exceed OEM fit and performance specifications.
- ✅This kit includes all the seals and o-rings needed for a complete cylinder rebuild, ensuring long-lasting durability and reliability.
- ✅ITEM1:Rod dust ring: 50.8mm x 60.3mm 5.5mm /7.3mm, TPU. ✅ITEM2:Rod O-ring: 50.8mm x 63.5mm x 5mm, CPU. There is O-ring inside. It is a compound seal ring to make sure better seal and longer life. It is one of most important seals to prevent oil leakage.
- ✅ITEM3:Rod wear ring: 50.8mm (ID 2”) x 57.15mm (OD 2.25”) x 9.5mm (0.375” wide) Nylon. ✅ITEM4:Gland O-ring: 118mm x 5.3mm, NBR.
- ✅ITEM5:Gland Backup ring: 127mm x 118.4mm x 1.5mm, PIFE (Please note: the backup ring is support O ring to against pressure, so it will be installed at outside of O-ring. See drawing for position. It is one of most important seals to prevent oil leakage.) ✅ITEM6+7:Piston seals: square ring and O-ring. Square ring: D127mm x 117mm x 3.28mm, CPU; O-ring (installed under the square ring): 115mm x 2.65mm, NBR
- ✅ITEM8:Piston wear ring: 127mm (OD 5”) x 120.65mm (ID 4.75”) x 9.5mm (0.375” wide), Nylon
- ✅ITEM9:Rod and piston assembly O-ring: 32mm x 2.65mm, NBR (NOTE: In mots case, this seal might not be needed to replace. This seal might be different size on some aftermarket model. We add one common size 34.5mm X 1.8mm as extra. It is standard O-ring. If our 2 O-rings are not the size with your cylinder, you can easily find it at any local store, such as Home Depot.)
- ✅ITEM10:Steel wire spring: it is option item for your cylinder rebuild. You might not need it to replace your old one if it is not damaged during disassembly. Please be sure if our wire ring OD is not same with your old one, please don’t use it.
