This is a simplified version of the accompaniments to the hymnbook used in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Though these hymn accompaniments contain fewer notes than the hymns in the regular edition of the hymnbook, and though the keys vary from time to time, the harmonies between the two books agree. This permits the beginning accompanist to play a simplified version while singers perform from the regular edition.
