• MODULAR PLUG: The six position, six contact RJ-11/12 modular plugs support the latest TIA/EIA standards for twisted pair cabling for traditional voice and telephone applications. These are not typically used in current Data/Ethernet applications.
• COMPATIBILITY: 6 position, 6 contact RJ-11 modular plugs can be used with CAT3/5e and for traditional 1, 2 or 3 line phone systems common in residential systems. Plugs are designed to work seamlessly with the IDEAL Telemaster series of crimp tools.
• USE: IDEAL modular plugs are designed to support all 100Ω cable wiring and termination methods to meet industry standards. It offers improved compatibility with most devices without the need for special tools. They cannot be reused once crimped.
• CONNECTION: 50 micro-inch gold plating on contact mating area ensures a long term reliable connectivity, even after hundreds of mating cycles. It has a non-feed through design that prevents external conductor/device shorting and RF signal leakage.
• PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: IDEAL 6P6C RJ-11/12 modular plugs are available in a pack of 25. UL Listed RJ-12 plugs features a 3 prong contact design for use with solid or stranded 24-26 AWG insulated copper conductors.
