This extra virgin olive oil, made from Koroneiki olives, is smooth and grassy with a peppery finish. To best appreciate its flavor, taste it on its own or drizzle it over raw salads and cooked dishes. Or, since our oil has such a low acidity, its smoke point is high enough that it's suitable both for cooking and in baking as an alternative to butter.
