Increase Your Vertical Jumping is a take-action guide that explains first why you might want to improve your vertical jump, and then scoots over into steps to help you accomplish just that. I've trained in many different sports where my vertical jump was the focus. And it takes a gynormous commitment of training hard to leap just a little bit higher!

The author gives great information to get you started. And I like the fact he talks about preventing injury too. The last thing you need to do is go nutso here and end up sidelined!

If you're looking to boost your jump I recommend you start with this book. Well done!
This is a well written instructional guide for those who are keen to improve on their vertical, lateral and stair jumps. It gives out valuable advice on the precautionary measures you need to take, in order to ensure that the jumps can be executed well and proper! Great reference for athletes and exercise buffs!
As a rec basketball player, I'm always looking for ways to jump higher and faster. This book contains a lot of great information that I haven't been able to find on the internet elsewhere.

Lots of exercises, and most importantly injury prevention. Smart book that I recommend to anyone wanting to jump higher.
