• The 7/8" Pre-Formed Coil accessory works in conjunction with the Mini-Ductor Series Induction Heaters. It is plated to eliminate oxidation and guarantee contact and is designed to last several hundred uses or more (subject to type of use).
• The Pre-Formed Coil is designed to help safely and quickly heat and release seized nuts and bolts and other metallic hardware from corrosion and thread lock compounds.
• Safer than torches - Utilizes induction heat that has a precise, localized heat and no open flame which reduces chances of catching something on fire, enhances workplace safety, and minimizes damage to the surrounding work area.
• The coils are all flexible and can be bent to your desired configuration to reach hard corners or buried deep near plastics or rubber, or separated for a wider range of applications. The coils are specially coated to resist abrasion but, if insulation is breached, a new coil will need to be used.
