Industrial CAN FD Converter, CAN FD to RS232/RS485 Bidirectional Data Communication, Supports 5 Data Conversion Modes and CAN 2.0A/2.0B Protocols, Rail-Mount Support
The CAN FD TO RS232/RS485 is a DIN-rail CAN FD to RS232/RS485 bidirectional converter. It supports five data conversion modes: transparent conversion, transparent conversion with ID, standard protocol conversion, Modbus protocol conversion, and custom protocol conversion. Enables interconnection between CAN and serial devices, compatible with CAN FD and CAN 2.0A/2.0B protocols.
Features industrial-grade design, supports -40°C ~ 85°C stable working, 9V ~ 36V wide power input, 5Kbps~1Mbps CAN FD arbitration domain baud rate, and 100Kbps~5Mbps CAN FD data domain baud rate. Supports parameter configuration via host computer, built-in 120Ω terminal resistors (switchable via DIP switches), supports DIN-rail mounting, easy to configure and install.
Supports Multiple Conversion Modes: Transparent conversion, transparent conversion with ID, standard conversion, Modbus protocol conversion, and custom frame headers and trailers conversion. Transparent Conversion: Achieve original conversion between CAN FD frames and serial frames. Transparent Conversion with ID: Transfer the ID information in serial frames to CAN FD frames.
Standard Conversion: Conversion between 13-byte standard CAN frame format and 69-byte standard CAN FD frame format. Modbus Protocol Conversion: Realize Modbus data transmission over CAN bus through packet segmentation and reassembly. Custom Protocol Conversion: Users can customize frame headers and trailers to enable bidirectional data conversion.
3 Frame Filtering Methods, 32 Sets of Configurable Filters: Supports Only Receive Extended Frame, Only Receive Standard Frame, and Custom Receive Frame ID. In custom mode, users can set up to 32 sets of filter methods to avoid large amounts of data interference.
