Description
- 100-Inch Sheet Metal Brake: The W-10012 is a floor model straight brake for forming long straight bends, flanges, panels, ductwork sections, covers, brackets, trim, cabinets, and compatible sheet metal parts.
- 12 Gauge Mild Steel Capacity: Official specs list 100 in width, 12 gauge capacity, and a 0-135 degree bending angle range for full-width straight bending within the machine's stated limits.
- One Whole Blade Straight Brake: Unlike box and pan brakes with removable fingers, this hand brake uses one whole blade for straight bends and long formed parts across the working width.
- Counterweight-Assisted Manual Operation: The stop rod, counterweight assist, balance weight hammer, and included floor stand support setup and manual bending of compatible sheet metal.
- Floor Model Shop Setup: The solid floor model layout, 118 x 30 x 40 in packing size, and 2557/2932 lb N.W./G.W. help buyers plan floor space, unloading, and installation before delivery.
