Description
- 80-Inch Straight Sheet Metal Brake - W-8012 is built for large straight bends, flanges, panels, duct sections, covers, brackets, cabinet parts, architectural trim, and custom sheet metal components.
- 12 Gauge Mild Steel Capacity - Supports 12 gauge / 0.1 in mild steel across an 80 in bending width, giving fabrication shops a heavier-capacity floor brake for larger compatible sheet metal work.
- 0-135 Degree Bending Range - Adjustable angle control and stop rod help operators set repeat bends for compatible flanges, panels, formed edges, repair parts, and small-batch production work.
- One Whole Blade with Stand Included - Unlike segmented box and pan brakes, this straight brake uses one whole blade for full-width straight bends and includes a floor stand for shop installation.
- Counterweight-Assisted Floor Design - Counterweight assist, balanced hammer, adjustable clamping setup, 100 x 30 x 40 in packing size, and 2227 lb net weight support heavy shop use.
