Lin Jenny: Insomnimania

From the the earliest work on this recording (Raymond Scott), to the most recent (Cornelius Dufallo), this recording is suffused with music inspired by the nighttime, in one way or another. Think dreams and nightmares; periods of insomnia; sleeping children; lullabies to induce sleep. Some of the works on this recording were even written during that illusive phase somewhere between consciousness and sleep, which some claim to be an extremely creative period.
