What is iBeacon & Eddystone beacon?
A beacon is a small wireless device that constantly broadcasts radio signals(that contains its location information) to nearby smartphones and tablets. Think of it as a lighthouse emitting light in regular intervals.Mobile apps can listen for that signal,and when they receive it,trigger a location-based action, for example, an advertising message from a nearby shop.

How to open and start the beacon?
Use screwdriver to open the base case,after remove the battery insulation sheet the beacon will start to work,there is no power off function, becacuse the beacon keeps working all the time at very low energy electric current less than 25uA.
How to operate the beacon for iOS and Android device?
Open bluetooth, download our company App beaconflyer from www.iotton.com, now your device will connected with the beacon, you can set and change the parameters on your device.
Q:Why the value parameters can't modified successfully sometimes?
A:Most common reason fail to reset the values is because of the weak signal,for example when out of range, low battery power.So please make sure at the suitable range and the battery power is enough.
Q:Does your company offer UUID for small order？
A:We only offer UUID for bulk order over 1000pcs,sorry for the inconvenience.
Important tips
- The battery life is 1year,however during the daily use at different using habit and different operating environment ,it is probablely less than 1year. Luckly the battery is replaceable, how to replace battery? Please follow the photo to operate.
