This is a rare September 11th, 1950 programme (playbill) from the United Kingdom tour engagement of the IRVING BERLIN, HERBERT FIELDS and DOROTHY FIELDS musical hit "ANNIE GET YOUR GUN" at the Bradford Alhambra in Bradford, England. (The Original Broadway production opened May 17th, 1946 at the Imperial Theatre in New York City and ran for 1147 performances. The London production opened June 7th, 1947 at the Coliseum Theatre in London and ran for 1304 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The musical starred BARBARA SHOTTER as "Annie Oakley" (the role created on Broadway by ETHEL MERMAN) and NEVILLE MAPP as "Frank Butler" and featured NEIL SWEETMORE, BERTRAM DENCH, DAVID REID, FRANK CRANE, WINIFRED BRAEMAR, AUDREY FREEMAN, JAMES BROWNE, HENRY WRIGHT, ANITA HOLLAND, VALERIE TURNER, BETTY WARDLE, PETER OWEN, PAT McLOY, LESLEY KAYE, MARY HALE, NORMAN PRESTON, FRANK LEVARD, RHYS BOOTH, FAY HAMMOND, PETER KERR, KENNETH MASON, WALLACE O'NEIL, VEIT BETHKE, BARRY CURTIS, TOM DOUGLAS and EVE HEAD .....
