Trouble Shooting:
A. No output image:
1. Check the USB charging port, make sure the power is not over 5V/1A.
2. 1080P is the max. input resolution, check the resolution of the input device.

B. No sound, blur or black and white image:
1. Set the HDCP version to 1.4 from input device, reconnect all the cables again.
2. Still having the same problem, contact us to get free exchange within 30 days.
