Description
- High Quality Material: The body is made of special aluminum profile, reasonable design, small size, compact structure, beautiful appearance. Maximum bending width is 48 in(1250mm), heating thickness is 0.04-0.24in (1-6mm).
- Two Working Together: If the thickness of acrylic sheet is beyond 0.24in(6mm), you can use two heaters heat the top and bottom of the sheet at the same time, or you need to cut a slot on the sheet.
- Water Circulation Cooling: There is water circulation cooling on both sides of the heating pipe, it ensures that there is no thermal deformation except for the parts that need to be heated. The power supply and water pipes are connected at both ends.
- High Cost Performance: The acrylic bending machine heater can bend all kinds of plastic sheet. Heat even and temperature adjustable. Light and practical with low cost, small occupation, low consumption and reliable operation.
