Some suggestions when using the 3M sticky pad:
1. when use the 3M sticker pad, please wipe back of your case or phone with alcohol swab and then attach the clip (it uses 3M mounting tape - really secure). Make sure you press it firmly and let it set (I let it set overnight). And then you're good to go!
2. when you mount your phone with the 3M sticker Pad to the bike mount holder, ensure you hear the "CLIP" Sound which means that your phone was securely locked to the mount.
3.ONLY use the 3M Sticky Pad/Clip with case that has smooth hard back so that the 3M tape can stick to your case firmly! Do NOT use it with leather case, matt back case!!
