The JJC RM-VPR1 remote control with Multi-terminal cable for Select Sony camcorders and Cameras is a wired remote commander that allows various remote control operations to be performed without handling the camcorder and camera, therefore eliminating camcorder and camera shake and providing self-portrait and other control applications. When using the this remote with select Sony camcorder and camera, you are able to realize these functions: video start / stop, two-step zooming (Press the zoom button halfway to zoom slowly, and press it down all the way for fast zooms), focusing / shooting, bulb lock, continued shooting lock and displaying grid lines.
