- Nonmetallic bearings to reduce friction and improve breakaway
- Three-inch stroke and a adjustable down stop anti-rotate mechanism.
- Solenoid valves with built-in adjustable flow controls.
The A-500 series pneumatic press features the same casting design as our ILP-500 manual press. The 5/8 DIA. hole in the base is in direct alignment with the cylinder rod, allowing the tool designer easy alignment of tooling. The A-500 series pneumatic press comes standard with dual hand anti-tie-down/anti-repeat controls and a three-inch stroke length, T-Slot Table, as well as an adjustable down stop/anti-rotate mechanism.
