Easy to Use
1. Remove gel therapy pack from wrap.
2. For cold therapy: place therapy pack in a freezer (-10 Â°C to -20 Â°C) for 30 minutes before application. For hot therapy: heat the therapy pack in a microwave (medium heat 500w) for 1 to 2 minutes; or fully warm the therapy pack in boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Place the therapy pack directly on desired area or insert the therapy pack in wrap to secure in place.
4. Apply the therapy pack to the desired area for instant relief. (Bind the short and long wrap for larger areas if needed.)

Cautions
1. The therapy pack is for external use only. If the package becomes broken, avoid contact of gel with eyes or skin. If contact is made with gel, rinse immediately under water to clean.
