Description

  • DECREASED VIBRATION: With a highly accurate range of +/- 1/6 in. to 10 ft.; this Johnson Sheave Aligning Tool is designed for use as a laser. It also helps with accurate drivetrain alignment; reducing vibration wear; friction; power losses and more.
  • SECURE FITTING: This alignment level tool features rare earth magnets that ensure a secure attachment to ferrous metals; allowing quicker and safer set up. The strong magnets offer alignment for reduced noise and abrasion.
  • HIGH ACCURACY: The magnetic aligning level is designed to detect maximum drivetrain misalignment methods; including offset; angle and twist. It comes with a pulley offset chart to determine misalignment angles for accurate aligning diagnosis.
  • APPLICATION: This sheave laser has a laser wavelength of 520nm±10nm to check height and flatness of gear box and motor mounting plates. It features three precision machined magnetic targets and has a compact size for small applications.
  • PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: This Black Sheave Alignment Kit is powered by 2 "AA" alkaline batteries (included) and has a battery life of up to 2 hours. It has IP54 dust and water-resistant construction and comes packed in a hard-shell carry case for protection.
