This is a must have antenna for any trucker or RV driver on the road. K-40 antenna offers a universal mount application, 500 watt antenna. Base Rotates 30 degree for proper vertical polarization. Has a special radiused tip to dissipate static no static ball to get knocked off. Isolation chamber reduces static damping. Whip retracts 2.25 inches into coil for easy tuning. Quarter-turn release makes for easy removal of coil and whip. Made in the U.S.A
