- HOUSING SIZE - Please note the size of the housing is 11 3/8 x 10 1/2 inch, resizing your existing ceiling opening will be needed if your current fan housing is smaller.
- VERY QUIET - Powerful 110 CFM and quiet operation at 0.9 Sones. Suitable for bathroom size up to 110 square feet.
- INSTALLATION - Sliding hanger bars allow fan housing to be positioned accurately anywhere between the framing. The bars span up to 24 inch and can be used on all types of framing.
- DUCTING - Removable 6 inch duct with back draft prevention damper. Includes 4 inch duct reducer.

Heavy duty triple point mounting brackets can be adjusted up to 24-inch joist centers for easy, fast and universal installation in different types of constructions.
