[Essential Men's Clothing for Japanese Events]: indispensable men's garment for all of Japanese Ceremonies and formal events, Hakama Pants are worn over a Kimono and are widely used for Japanese Traditional activities such as Calligraphy or Tea Ceremony lessons. Well known as classical Samurai clothing, they are still used nowadays in Japanese Martial Arts such as Iaido, Aikido or Kendo uniform.
[Easy to Wear and Walk]: Hakama pants are sewn on the internal part, so the legs are divided and it's easier to walk

This Hakama is for male kimono, especially indispensable items when dressing up. This is a pants-type hakama(Umanori-bakama in Japanese).

When choosing the size, choose "under the strings size".
How to measure under the strings It is the length measured vertically from under the navel to the ankle.
There are "horse riding(Umanori) hakama" and " lantern (andon) hakama" in the kind of a hakama. Both items look same, but there are some one difference inside of it,which is "pants style or skarts style". This is a pants style.
Horse riding(Umanori) hakama is characterized that the inside is divided into left and right and becomes pants shape. It is easier to walk than the lantern hakama.
