KZYEE KT80 Digital Inductive Timing Light with Tachometer (RPM), Advance, Dwell & 0-35V Voltage Test, 60° Adjustable LED Strobe, USB-C Rechargeable & 12V Backup, for Distributor Gas Engines
ALL-IN-ONE TIMING AND IGNITION CHECKS: Mid-range digital timing lights typically show RPM and advance only, and need 12V battery power. KT80 timing light automotive adds a dwell angle check and a 0-35V voltage test, so you can check ignition switching and power supply while setting timing. Fully charged, it can run on 6V distributor gas engines, with 12V backup when needed. Less re-checking, more confidence.
ADVANCED LED TIMING STROBE, 60 ° ADJUSTABLE: KT80 uses an LED strobe rated for 1,000,000+ flashes. Many xenon timing lights are rated around 100,000+ flashes. The LED design helps deliver steadier brightness during longer sessions and when RPM changes. The 60 degree adjustable head improves sightlines around belts, fans, and shrouds, helping you aim faster and reduce repeat checks.
DUAL-POWER FLEXIBILITY, RECHARGEABLE PLUS 12V BACKUP: Most timing light with tachometer work only when clipped to a 12V battery. KT80 can run on its built-in rechargeable battery for quick checks when access is tight or the vehicle battery is weak. For longer sessions, connect the 12V backup clips and keep working without interruptions. Finish the job with stable power, not workarounds.
VOLTAGE (0-35V) SHOWS WHAT IS REALLY HOLDING YOU BACK: When timing will not stay consistent, power is often the hidden issue. Check battery voltage, alternator charging, and voltage drop while you tune, so you know if the ignition is being fed properly before you touch timing again. One quick check can prevent wasted adjustments and repeated re-timing.
DWELL CHECK HELPS EXPLAIN WHY TIMING KEEPS CHANGING: If the engine still runs rough after you set timing, the trigger side of the ignition may be unstable. A dwell check helps flag distributor point and ignition control inconsistencies before they turn into hard starts or rough idle. Verify ignition stability while you tune, then fix the cause instead of re-timing again and again.
MADE FOR DISTRIBUTOR GAS ENGINES, 6V & 12V INCLUDED: Built for distributor-ignition 2 and 4 stroke gasoline engines, ideal for classic cars, vintage motorcycles, tractors, and restorations. Get timing and ignition checks in one workflow across different projects. Note: Not for diesel, 24V systems, or distributor-less ignition (COP, DIS, CDI).
