Designed in collaboration between Kershaw and custom knifemaker, Rick Hinderer, the Cryo Tanto Blackwash combines tactical use with practical, usable functionality. Built of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, this sturdy knife is aesthetically pleasing and structurally strong yet comfortable in the user€s hands. Black-oxide Blackwash coating on the blade and a 410 stainless steel handle enhances the Cryo€s corrosion resistance and looks broken-in, roughened and tough. For secure blade lock up, the Cryo offers a strong, sturdy frame lock with lockbar stabilization. SpeedSafe assisted opening is accessible with either the built-in flipper or the thumbstud. The 4-position, reversible, deep-carry pocketclip allows the knife to sit low, comfortably and discreetly within the pocket, letting the user carry tip-up, tip-down, left or right handed. With a tactical Tanto blade, a Hinderer design, and SpeedSafe technology, this affordable, value priced knife is destined to become a favorite.
